Welcome to Chic Stitch Duo! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

    1.    Products

All items are made to order. Colors and placements may vary slightly from images due to screen settings or production processes.

    2.    Orders & Payments

Payment is due at checkout. Once an order is placed, we begin production immediately, so changes or cancellations may not be possible.

    3.    Shipping

Orders are shipped directly from our production partners. Processing times vary but generally take 3–7 business days before shipping.

    4.    Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

    5.    Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this site belong to Chic Stitch Duo and may not be copied or resold.
