    •    Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

    •    Items must be unused and in original condition.

    •    To initiate a return, email chicstitchduo@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Please provide a photo if possible. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
